People ask me often how I have time to do all the stuff I do. You have to assess what is the highest and best use of your time.

I have a lawn service, a pool service, and occasionally a cleaning service. Most of the snacks and drinks I like as well as routine items I have on auto ship. For groceries and stuff my wife and I share an instacart, publix, target, etc accounts and we have stuff delivered.

This may come off as "lazy" but I assure you it is the most efficient I can be and I've grown to value these services immensely.

Now I have much more time to focus on growing our businesses, working with more clients and building our brands.

Not to mention I am still active duty.

Landed in Jax, FL mid February after not touching the states for 3 years...went to see my grandparents and the lady next door was in a bind. Purchased this 8 days later on February 23rd.

75 days and 100k+ Reno later we sold this bad boy. New owners are ecstatic!
