I had the opportunity to attend Master Sixkiller's memorial service this past weekend. It was a beautiful event, attended by several students, former students who have left training for several years, friends, family and prominent Masters who are either members or former members of Grandmaster Song Ki Pak's UTF organization. It was heart-warming hearing former students talk about the impact Master Sixkiller had on their life, and even though they had left the school, his influence still shaped the way they grew up.

The tribute other Masters and friends showed for just training with and knowing him personally showed how much Master Sixkiller was adored by those who had the pleasure of interacting with him. Although it was a first for me meeting everyone, to see everyone interact with each other so fondly, even under this sad occasion, made me feel proud to be a part of all this.
