SUP yoga today was GORGEOUS!! The weather was so mild, the vibe was so high, and boundaries were tested, and many people laughed and enjoyed. I’m so grateful for this opportunity.. my heart is full, and my cup runneth over. ✌️ ❤️

Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga is exhilarating, humbling, adventurous, and actually calming. I had the most fun today with a very fierce group of ladies who tested their boundaries and reconsidered the difficulty of the poses. Fun was had, weather was joyous, and spirits were high. Thank you to the people who make this possible. You bring my dreams to life!!!!

SUP yoga is so much fun!! Birds singing, waves crashing, a gorgeous sunset in the background. All while strong yogis tackle challenging poses on the water. It’s blissful, and humbling.
