Yesterday our brothers participated in a philanthropy event with Tri Delta sorority, together they had a “dogs day out” and gave dogs from Jacksonvilles local shelter an opportunity to go outside the shelter and play.

Melo comes to JU from New York, to study Business Administration. The reason he joined Sigma Chi was to build connections with others. In the future, he hopes to own a business.

Class of 2026 : Dylan Brand
Dylan came to JU from Castle Pines, Colorado, to study Aviation. The reason he joined Sigma Chi was because he loved the brotherhood and they had the best character. Other than Sigma Chi, Dylan participates in intramural sports and works on campus. Dylan also like to play guitar, ski, and fly planes, in the future he hopes to become a pilot, explore the world and different cultures.

Class of 2026: Kyle Landry
Kyle came to JU from Valdosta, GA, to study Business Administration. The reason he joined Sigma Chi was to become a leader of men, to have other fine gentleman to look up to that care about him and his future as a man. Other than Sigma Chi, Kyle partakes in intramural sports, works off campus, and hits the gym as much as he can. In the future he wants to be successful, he wants to network and gain connections which sigma chi will provide him.

Class of 2026: Joseph Nasuti
Joe came to JU from Haddonfield, NJ, with a currently undecided major. The reason he joined Sigma Chi was because the fraternity holds you to the highest standard and for a lifelong friendship with the brothers. Other than being in Sigma Chi, Joe likes to play baseball, work on cars , and watch football. In the future he wants to find a career that will make him happy, possibly running his own business.

Class of 2026: Jakob Rickman
Jakob came to JU from Toledo, Ohio, to study Nursing. The reason he joined Sigma Chi was because he wanted to expand his horizons in college. Other than Sigma Chi Jakob likes to skate, fish, and create art. In the future he hopes to be a Nurse, and also wants to promote good change in the world.

Class of 2026: Camden Ackerson
Camden came to JU from Paulding County, GA, to study Marine Science. The reason he joined Sigma Chi was because he saw a brotherhood that was very close and could help him in a lot of ways. It was something of a brotherhood like a team, and he wasn’t playing sports anymore. He saw that they had many of the same beliefs as him, and he couldn’t be happier that he forever has these brothers. In the future he hopes to be a marine biologist of mostly sharks, and wants to discover a new species.

Nick came to JU from Haddonfield, NJ, to study Business. The reason he joined Sigma Chi was because the brotherhood was unlike any other Fraternity. Other than being a part of Sigma Chi, Nick likes to surf, snowboard, and play intramural flag football. When he graduates, he hopes to have a job lined up for him in the business field.

Class of 2026 : Leo Healy
Leo came to JU from Annapolis, Maryland, to study international business with a minor in aviation. The reason he joined Sigma Chi was to “be a part of an organization which is bigger than myself.” Aside from Sigma Chi, Leo works in the advancement office, plays basketball with friends, and likes to start different side hustles. In the future he hopes to work as an international real estate investor.

Class of 2026 : Brendan Abney
Brendan came to JU from Casselberry, Florida, to study Health Sciences. The reason he joined Sigma Chi was because he "believes that the morals and purposes that this Fraternity stands for are parallel to the morals that I was raised with and I know that brothers in Sigma Chi form deeper bonds and relationships than any other Fraternity." Other than Sigma Chi, he is involved in intramural sports, goes to campus connections, and enjoys going to the beach or hanging out with the brothers. In the future he hopes to become a Physician Assistant or a Nurse Practitioner.
