Our very own, Shannon Speaks, wrote a book about self-compassion called "Lil Grace" so we decided to hop on a podcast and chat about "Self-compassion for Caregivers and Coaches" and how Lil Grace came about.

Self-compassion for caregivers and coaches is forever a topic that we intend to embody, isn't it?! It's a huge paradigm shift for professionals whose main focus is on compassion for others who might say, "Wait, me too?!"

In our newest episode, we explore the application of self-compassion. Shannon and I both have some relatable moments during the podcast that required the application of self-compassion in the moment. Our humanness was definitely revealed.

I keep hearing coaches acknowledge timing and pacing in their own lives and practice, so I was intrigued when Sarika brought forward the topic of "Honoring Your Own Timing and Pacing."

This feels like a knew topic that is emerging for many people right now. We are shifting from a linear approach to goals and listening deeper to how the creation wants to come through versus how we think it should look.

In our newest episode, we explore this timing and pacing of things. We discuss if this concept appears with wisdom, lived experience and life stages.

Watch the clip below to hear Sarika speak on timing and pacing.
