Announcement - Hurricane Irma Update

With deep consideration for the safety of our students and community and the time needed to recover from Hurricane Irma, Duval County Public Schools has decided to close schools on Tuesday, September 12. This will include SALTech Charter High School closure as well. Please note that essential district/school personnel will report to work on Tuesday. We will continue to work closely with the Emergency Operations Center, the City of Jacksonville, and our district emergency personnel to ensure our schools are safe for return. We will also continue to provide updates regarding the reopening of schools via www.duvalschools.org and www.saltechjax.org automated calls to our parents and guardians, our social media sites and updates to our local media.
