My first swallowtail spotting of the year in our garden was a few days ago. Any one else feel an anecdotal later arrival?

This is a thing. People steal bees. Jax friends, if you see or hear anything, Bee Friends Farm is in need of help finding them 😢

Hello Beekeepers and trick-or-treaters!

Would you believe us if we told you zombie bees are real? 😱

After being infected by a parasitic fly called Apocephalus borealis Brues, or more commonly known as the Zombie fly, honey bees begin showing strange zombie-like behavior. Our front bee garden 🐝 swipe to see how it started and what’s growing in here 🌸🍯 it’s a mix of perennials and annuals. Since this was our first summer in this new house, I wanted to see sun and rain patterns, and what grows where. I’ll also be collecting as many seeds as possible for future years.
