Please come and learn the meditative movements and breathing of Tai Chi. This class will explore Master Moy Lin Shin's set of 108 moves; however, we will begin by learning the first 17 moves to allow students to have 15 minutes of Tai Chi (known by heart) by the end of our sessions. This class is open to those beginning to learn as well as more advanced students who want to review or add to their knowledge. The studio space is beautiful and peaceful...the classes are very small 1-4 people. 15 dollars.
