Please help us welcome Patricia Stokes to Midtown Public Charter School as our Primary Campus Interventionist (Pre-K–2nd Grade) for the 2026–2027 school year!

Mrs. Stokes brings a passion for supporting our youngest scholars and ensuring they receive the targeted instruction they need to thrive. She will work closely with students in the early grades to strengthen literacy through the Science of Reading, focusing daily on all five essential components of reading while also providing academic and behavioral support. We are excited to have her expertise and commitment as we continue building strong readers, mathematicians, and confident learners at Midtown. ❤️🖤💛

After nine years of dedicated service to Midtown Public Charter School, we are excited to announce Ms. Taylor’s transition into the role of ELA Interventionist for grades 3–8 at our Middle Campus for the 2026–2027 school year!

Since joining Midtown just two years after our founding, Ms. Taylor has impacted countless scholars as both a Math and History teacher. She firmly believes that every child can succeed, and her passion for supporting scholars who need that extra boost is truly her superpower.

Mrs. Sawyer brings a proven track record of driving student achievement across multiple primary grade levels and has demonstrated exceptional teacher leadership throughout her career. Midtown Public Charter School is excited to announce the promotion of Ms. Cartrina Benson to ELA Instructional Coach for Grades 6–8 for the 2026–2027 school year!

Ms. Benson brings a wealth of experience to this role, having served as an Instructional Coach, Dean of Students, and Assistant Principal. Her passion for developing teachers, strengthening instruction, and ensuring every scholar has access to a high-quality education makes her the perfect fit for this position.
