Mr. Berry’s MLR class was extra busy today! Lots of staff and students with tire and maintenance issues. All of which they were able to handle!

Learning by Doing

Our Health Science students put their PPE knowledge into practice today by practicing proper donning and doffing techniques!

And to make infection control a little more realistic… we added chocolate pudding to the gloves!🍫🧤 Students had to carefully practice removing their gloves without spreading the “contamination.”💩

Hands-on learning makes these skills memorable and more fun! ❤️🤍🖤

The future of the skilled trades is looking very different than years past sophomores Sofia Gamble and Tehya Mount and freshmen Oaklynn Mooney are exploring a future career as welders in Mr Blancett's Welding 1 class. Skilled Trades are a promising field with growth for both men and women.

Mr. Rinks was able to attend the 2nd annual Music City Collision Conference in Nashville, Saturday. Thanks to Tennessee Collision Repairers Association for providing this learning opportunity to help our instructor keep up with the latest trends in the industry! Also a special thanks to the guys from Indasa USA for the generous donations of tape, sandpaper, seam sealer, and more to our Collision Repair program! And another thanks to Tasco Auto Color for the “care package” of supplies!
