The Afterschool Program at Daughtry Elementary celebrated National Lemonade Day, and nothing was sour about it! 🍋💛

Our kids enjoyed lemonade loaded with flavor and fun. Whether they chose Strawberry Peach 🍓🍑 or Mango Raspberry 🥭🫐, the smiles said it all! It was the perfect sweet treat to brighten their afternoon.

At Daughtry, it’s more than just afterschool—it’s an adventure! 🍋✨

🍫🔥 S’more Money, S’more Math! 🔥🍫

Math is even sweeter when you can eat the results! Our scholars combined math and real-life skills by using grocery store prices to practice adding money and planning a budget.

Then came the best part—they used their math skills to plan and create their very own delicious s’mores!

Who knew practicing money skills could taste this good? 💵➕🍫 = 😋
