A highlight of our 2026 District Convocation was celebrating an investment in JPS scholars from Amazon.com and the National Folk Festival. 🎨✨

Thank you for your $60,000 contribution to help expand arts education, including grants for each of our six high schools. This support will create new opportunities for scholars to explore their creativity, develop new skills, and discover what's possible through the arts.

As Jackson Mayor John Horhn said, this support helps young people see what's possible and keeps creativity alive in our classrooms. We also appreciate Amazon's belief that every scholar deserves experiences that spark curiosity and confidence.
