I will be celebrating National Night out at the Jackson Medical Mall, located in Jackson, Ms. Make plans to come out and celebrate, as well as meeting me. Overwhelmed as a caregiver or dealing with a mental illness....there is help available. Come find encouragement, self care tips,non-judgmental environment, and a place that welcomes your need(s). This is your support group and is free of charge, to anyone wanting to attend. Could this be a blessing for you? If not repost, pass it on. You never know who can use the support.
