Paul R.Acey, the father and father in law of the owners of Acey's Custom Hair Design n Fondern, is a charter member and past presi

dent of the Mississippi Street Rod Association. Street Rod owners will be cruising the block in the central Fondren business district as well as parking in scattered designated display areas so that they, and the public, can admire their craftsmanship . Estimates are for up to 200 street rods in the neighborhood for the day.
