This year at Jackson STEM Magnet Middle School, we are really being intentional about the data and what the data is telling us.

During our early release faculty meeting our educators had the opportunity to work together in departments/committees to discuss our school action goals and create measurable and meaningful action steps.

We are on the rise to excellence.

Everybody dance now! Well, some danced, while others enjoyed catching up with friends and grabbing a bite to eat. During the activity period, scholars attended the annual Back-to-School Dance and had a great time celebrating the start of a new school year. A few teacher chaperones even joined in the fun, making the event even more memorable.

Mark your calendars!

Wednesday, August 19th will be the first early dismissal day of the 2026–27 school year!

Students will be dismissed early while our teachers and staff use the afternoon for professional development, collaboration, and additional training to support student success.
