Sitting on 112 acres just outside of Jackson, the Mississippi State Fire Academy (MSFA) is one of the largest Fire Services Training facilities in the Nation.
To serve the Mississippi fire service community and the world by providing quality education and training in fundamental and advanced skills to save life and property. MSFA offers over 120 courses, training more than 15,000 students from Beginner Fire Fighter classes to the elite Smoke Divers, EMS and Fire Services (inspectors, investigators, etc.) annually. Oh and don’t forget! We love fire safety and prevention and offer tours and classes for groups!
