The Complete 2 Compete (C2C) program helps Mississippi adults who attended college - but didn’t earn a degree - finish their degree and build a better future. Created by the Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning and the Mississippi Community College Board, the C2C program supports each of our state's 15 public community colleges, eight public universities, and the medical center.
