Napoleon Pirates Class of 1984

Follow up post regarding the Ackerson Lake School demo. I asked the demo crew for the year stone at the front entrance of the school. Later we discovered a time capsule within the stone. It contained newspapers from the dedication day, PTA information, staff and school board notes, polaroid pictures, and other news articles. I will be presenting the findings to the Napoleon school board to see if the school wants these items for public display. You can read more about this on the Napoleon News page. I would’ve shared the post here, but Napoleon news administration doesn’t allow sharing of post from that page. 

For those of you that attended Ackerson Lake Elementary. I snuck in this morning and got a few last pics before they started tearing it down at Noon today.
