During this highly interactive workshop, educators will:

🔹 Explore redlining and its lasting effects on communities
🔹 Study the Great Migration through the art of Jacob Lawrence
🔹 Revisit the March on Washington as a call for economic inclusion
🔹 Receive classroom-ready lessons and primary source resources

Day One includes sessions at Jackson State University and a special lunch celebrating the birthday of Margaret Walker.

🚌 A charter bus tour of Jackson civil rights sites
🏛 Tour of the Civil Rights Two Mississippi Museums
