Rebuilding Together of South Alabama is teaming up with Smart Home America, Knockout Inspections, and Grove Hill, Alabama to share a free training program on fortified roofing. Local contractors, roofers, and industry partners are encouraged to attend. Participants will receive 2 CE credits and lunch is provided.

Please be advised that the City will be conducting water main repairs on Monday, August 17, 2026, from 9:30 PM until approximately 12:30 AM.

💧 Affected Area:
From N. College Avenue at Airgas to Mayton Drive at Gillmore Elementary School, including:

▪️Crowne Health Care Nursing Facility
▪️High Acres Subdivision
▪️Areas along the affected water line

Residents and businesses in these areas may experience a temporary interruption in water service or low water pressure during the repair.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make these necessary repairs and maintain reliable water service for our community.
