TN Enhanced Handgun Safety Course
The cost of the class is $70. A deposit of $50 is needed to reserve your seat. All fees are non refundable. To sign up for a class, send deposit to:

Make check or money order payable to Morris D Rogers. After your payment clears, you will be notified of 2 class dates. You chose which one you prefer. If you have to cancel, you will receive the second class date.
This is what you will need to take the class for a TN handgun carry permit.
1. TN driverlicense
2. Hearing protection
3. Eye protection
4. Gun (in caliber that you can control)
5. 100 rounds (no reloads)
6. Pen or pencil
7. Notepad
8. Lunch
After you sign up for a class, you will need to go online to https://dl.safety.tn.gov/_/ #3
and fill out the application. You only need to do this if you are taking the Basic Handgun Safety Course in order to get a TN Handgun Carry Permit. After you have completed the application, you will need to print your confirmation number and bring it to class with you.
Serious Gun Training Safety Rules.
These rules are in place to ensure that no one is hurt during the class
No live ammo allowed in classroom
No horseplay in classroom or range
No open toe shoes on range
No skirts or dresses on range
No smoking in classroom or on firing line
Serious Gun Training staff will clear all gun malfunctions
Follow all instructions of Serious Gun Training staff

UNDER FEDERAL LAW, SERIOUS GUN TRAINING CAN NOT OFFER TRAINING TO THE FOLLOWING PROHIBITED PERSONS THAT:
* Are convicted felons that have not been annulled or pardoned
* Are under indictment in any court for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year
* Are fugitives from justice
* Use or are addicted to any unlawful controlled substances
* Have been adjudicated as a mental defective or have been committed to any mental institution.
* Are illegal aliens
* Have been discharged from the military under dishonorable conditions
* Have renounced their United States citizenship
* Are under a court order restraining them from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of the intimate partner
* Have been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
* Are under the influence of any substances that may hinder or impede their actions in handling a firearm safely.
* Are foreign nationals unless they have written permission from the U.S. State Department.
