With the snow piling up around us we want to take a minute and ask that if you have a hydrant on your property or near it and are able to, please clear the snow around it! Every second counts when we need a hydrant and we appreciate all the help we can get.
If you are commercial property with a fire sprinkler system or standpipe take some time to ensure that the Fire Dept. Connections on your building are clear and accessible!
Stay safe and stay warm!

๐๐Over the last three days, our Fire/EMS and law enforcement students came together to act as victims in a county-wide active assailant training scenario. ๐A few of our cosmetology students even helped get all of our moulage ready by 6 a.m.!๐
A big thank you to all the local agencies that participated and to Jackson College for letting us use their campus as our training ground!

๐ ๐ฅOur cadets have been putting in some serious effort these past few weeks. They kicked things off by learning life-saving CPR and followed it up by testing the buoyancy of their turnout gear in the water.๐
A big thank you to the local firefighters who came out to support and share their knowledge with our cadets. Your guidance made the experience even more impactful.
