Mrs. Akins' Dual Enrollment Statistics students took their learning to the court!

The class played a little "basketball" while tracking and calculating their stats. It was a fun, hands-on way to see statistics come to life and put their classroom skills into action.

Spiritual Emphasis Day is Friday!

We are looking forward to a special day at TCA as we come together to worship, hear God's Word, and encourage our students in their faith.

We are excited to welcome Jay Barbier as our guest speaker. Jay currently serves as the Student Pastor at Belle Aire Baptist Church in Murfreesboro, TN, and previously served for many years as the Harvest Field Leader and youth specialist with the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board. With a heart for student ministry, a passion for sharing the Gospel, and a powerful testimony, we're grateful to have Jay with us for Spiritual Emphasis Day.

Our worship will be led by Bethel University's Renaissance Choir, under the direction of Megan Allen. Renaissance is a nationally recognized performing arts program that leads worship for churches and events across the region.

We can't wait to gather together on Friday for a meaningful day of worship, encouragement, and growing in our faith. We're looking forward to all that God has in store for our TCA students!

We're excited to begin a new year of gathering together to pray for our students, teachers, and TCA community.

Our first Moms in Prayer meeting of the school year will be tomorrow. Whether you've joined us before or this will be your first time, we would love to have you!

Date: Wednesday, September 9
Time: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Location: TCA Chapel
Who: Moms, grandmothers, aunts, and women who want to pray for our students

Tribe Reveal Day is always full of excitement, and this year was no exception! Our students and faculty had a great time celebrating their Tribes and getting ready for another year together.

But our Tribes are about more than the fun of Reveal Day. They give students a chance to build friendships across grade levels, encourage one another, grow in their faith, and learn what it looks like to serve others.

Each Tribe represents a value we want to see lived out throughout the year:

We can't wait to see our students live out these values, serve together, and make some great memories along the way!

Science came to life in Coach Craft's 6th grade science class during their Outrageous Acts of Science project!

Students had the opportunity to explore scientific concepts through hands-on experiments and demonstrate what they had learned. Addie Chilcutt created elephant toothpaste, Audrey Morris demonstrated electromagnetism, and Grant Davis powered a light using lemons.

We love seeing our students get curious, ask questions, and have fun while putting science into action. Great job, 6th grade!

Our Early Ed students had a fun-filled Farm Day complete with a petting zoo! They also enjoyed hands-on activities like a Horse Stable Obstacle Course, Dairy Barn Milk-a-Cow, Hen House Egg Spoon Relay, Barn Loft Animal Charades, and a DIY Sheep Snack.

This year's petting zoo was made possible through a sponsorship from TCA alumnus Zach Tims with Modern Woodmen of America. We are so thankful for alumni who continue to invest in the TCA community and help create special experiences for our youngest Lions!
