Meet Millsaps alumnus Jayson Porter. He's doing amazing work in the field of Latin American History.

Meet Jayson Maurice Porter, a PhD candidate in the Department of History in the Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences. Jayson's dissertation research explores pesticide-based eradication campaigns—against plants and people—in the Mexican states of Guerrero and Sinaloa. He is a 2019-20 recipient of a COMEXUS Fulbright-García Robles fellowship.
