Welcome to Jackson R-2 School District Kids’ Club page. This page will be used to inform you about our Kids’ Club Program. What is After School Kids’ Club? The Jackson R-2 School District offers an After School Kids’ Club program at all Jackson R-2 Elementary buildings for children in preschool through 5th grade. The program runs every day after school until 5:45 p.m., Monday through Friday when school is in session. Please see website for pricing. What is Full Day Kids’ Club? The district offers a Full Day Kids’ Club program; open to all Jackson R-2 Pre-k through elementary students. Full Day Kids Club is hosted at South Elementary, 7:30 a.m.-5:45 p.m. We provide a morning and an afternoon snack. Students must bring a sack lunch. What is Summer After School Kids’ Club? The district offers child care for students after the summer school day is complete. The program is available for students entering kindergarten through fourth grade. This program will run at the building where summer school is located. The cost of Summer After School Kids’ Club is $110 and includes an afternoon snack. What is Camp Kids’ Club? The district offers child care in the summer months for pre-k through 6th grade Jackson R-2 students. The program will be hosted from 7:30 a.m.-5:45 p.m. every weekday, excluding the fourth of July holiday. Camp fees include all activities on and off campus. Your child must bring 2 snacks, a water bottle and a sack lunch.

We just completed Camp Kids’ Club 2026! I want to SHOUT OUT every single one of our Camp Kids’ Club employees for dedicating your summer to our Jackson R-2 Kids’ Club students and families! I have been reflecting on everything we have accomplished together this summer and I have such deep gratitude for each and every one of you! Your commitment and dedication never went unnoticed.

I also want to extend a very special thank you to our CKC Leadership Team! It is NO small task to plan activities from 7:30 in the morning until 5:45 in the evening to keep our campers happy! Office staff, thank you for helping organize and help camp run smoothly behind the scenes!  Most importantly, thank you ALL for believing in our children—even on the hardest days. Thank you for leading with compassion, professionalism, and kindness. Thank you for supporting one another and refusing to let challenges define our summer.

I could not be more proud of what we accomplished together!
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your unwavering dedication, your resilience, your teamwork, and the countless ways you made a difference this summer! It’s a JOY to serve our students and families WITH YOU!

Shout out to these boys for coming to Ms. Mandee‘s rescue! I always have a truck FULL of Park Party supplies to unload back at the school. These boys had the best attitudes about being great helpers, unloading my truck and carrying all of our supplies into the building! Of course, they couldn’t turn down a bag of chips as a reward for using their muscles! Thank you, boys! I appreciate each one of you so very much!

Where our students enJOY, Jackson City Park with the best water slide, Jackson Fire Department Heroes, National Guard Heroes, Luna’s Shaved Ice, Kelli the Clown making animal balloons, Mrs. Baker’s reptiles and guide dog, CharLee the Pup, Ms. Amber’s baby chicks, karaoke, face painting, temporary tattoos, sand volleyball, wiffle ball, bubble machine and more!
