Omega Martial Arts was conceived by Armando Ramos and Carlo Valero. Both have extensive experience in teaching martial arts to youth and adults of all levels and have seen the benefits of martial arts training in the enrichment of their students lives. Omega Muay Thai & Boxing offers Muay Thai and Boxing instruction for all levels—from complete beginners to experienced martial artists and athletes. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, or sharpening competition strategy, our programs are designed to meet you where you are.
We are a family-focused gym, welcoming students of all ages—from kids as young as six to adults. Our environment emphasizes respect, discipline, confidence, and community. Classes are intentionally kept small to ensure quality instruction, personal attention, and a supportive team atmosphere.

Kids class is now moved to 3:30 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays — perfect after school program for kids!!
Friday’s Kids Class stays at 4:30 PM and becomes Fitness Fridays — a fun way for kids to build fitness, mobility, agility, balance, and strength!

Just got my copy of Matt Lucas’s book “Muay Thai”. It’s an incredible resource for anyone interested in Muay Thai culture, training, and competition in Thailand. Highly recommend it if you want to understand the fight game over there. Great work .

New Equipment Alert at Omega! 💥
We just set up our very first pull bag at the gym—and it’s just the beginning! 💪 Slowly but surely, we’re building out the space to bring more tools, training, and energy to Amador County.
We’re aiming to roll out an official schedule mid-July to early August, so stay tuned! Whether you’re a beginner looking to get in shape or a fighter looking to level up—exciting things are coming your way.
