🌱 Ready, Set, Grow! Kindergarten Kickoff Camp Registration Is Still Open! 🌱

There is still time to register your incoming kindergarten student for 2026 Kindergarten Kickoff Camp at Jackson Public Schools!

Kickoff Camp helps children become familiar with their school, meet staff members, practice daily routines and feel more confident before their first day of kindergarten.

Get ready for the 2026 Viking Voyage at Jackson High School!

Incoming 9th grade students will have the opportunity to receive their schedules, explore the school, meet important staff members, learn about programs and activities, enjoy lunch and courtyard games, and begin their high school journey with Viking pride.

Parent drop-off and check-in will take place at the Aquatic Center entrance. Parent pickup will be at 12:00 PM at the Aquatic Center.

Parkside’s 2026 6th Grade Step Forward program will be held August 10 & 11 from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM at Middle School at Parkside. This is a great chance for incoming 6th graders to meet staff and get a head start on the school year.

Transportation, breakfast, and lunch will be provided.
