Happy JHS homecoming! The band did an amazing job and our students LOVED it!!

It’s spirit week! Today is hat day!!

Today your child is bringing home a permission slip for our upcoming swimmer safety swim lessons at the YMCA, and a form to fill out if you are interested in receiving a food bag every Friday. Look for these papers in your child's orange folder!

Our class helped shuck corn on Friday. The students will get a chance to enjoy their hard work during lunch tomorrow! 🌽🌽

Today your child will bring home their first homework packet. Homework is meant for practice at home. It does NOT need to be returned to school. I do not collect homework. :)

Your child will bring home their new orange home/school folder today. Please review the weekly calendar in the front sleeve, and fill out the paperwork inside and return to school tomorrow. Please make sure your child brings the folder to school every day. Thank you!

Today students had fun getting to know each other. They had to “Find Someone Who...” could say YES to one of twelve different questions on a list, and get their autograph. Some of the questions included, “Do you have a cat?”, “Did you go swimming this summer?”, and “Did you ride a bike this summer?” Everybody participated and the kids had a great time! I look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!
