What an incredible week of sparks, sawdust, creativity, and confidence. These girls stepped outside their comfort zones and dove headfirst into a new world of industrial technology, proving that there’s no limit to what they can build.

Our hope isn’t just that they leave with projects they made, but with the confidence to tackle new challenges, solve problems, and know they belong in ANY shop, classroom, or career they choose.

To every camper: Keep building. Keep creating. Keep being fearless. The trades need you. 💪🛠️❤️

Day 2 ✌️of Rachael’s Rosies Trades Exploration Camp and these girls are already proving that confidence is built ONE PROJECT AT A TIME! 💪🛠️🧰

Today was filled with welding sparks, engineering challenges, and woodworking projects as they continued learning real-world skills in the trades. The girls even got a history lesson on the REAL ROSIES of Michigan! ✋❤️

Watching them step outside their comfort zones, solve problems, and create with their own hands has been incredible! The future of the skilled trades is BRIGHT and it’s wearing pink safety glasses. 💕🛠️⚡

Day☝️one of Rachael’s Rosie’s: Trades Exploration Camp for Girls! 🧰🛠️

Today our future makers, builders, and innovators dove into the fundamentals of shop safety before rolling up their sleeves and getting started on their very first take-home projects. 💪

From welding and woodworking to engineering, circuitry, and soldering, this week is all about building confidence, learning real-world skills, and proving that girls belong ANYWHERE things are being designed, built, and created. 📐📚⚙️

We can’t wait to see what these talented young women accomplish by the end of the week. This is ONLY THE BEGINNING! 💛👩‍🏭🔨
