🌱In a Montessori environment, one of the greatest tools in the classroom isn't a material—it's the educator. That is why ongoing professional development is so vital for guides and teachers. Our Montessori teachers and assistants spent Thursday afternoon and all day Friday training alongside Suzanne and Kara from the Institute of Montessori Training (IMT) and can’t wait to implement their learning next week!
By continuously refining our observation skills, staying current with child development research, and updating our classroom strategies, we create spaces where children can truly thrive in self-directed learning.
Whether it's mastering a new material presentation, deepening our knowledge of the prepared environment, or collaborating with a global community of peers, learning is a lifelong journey for adults and children alike!
