MI Tri-Share has already helped Michigan families save more than $14 million in child care costs by sharing expenses among employers, employees, and the state. Bipartisan legislation now moving through the Legislature would make this successful program permanent and expand opportunities for working families across Michigan.

Did you know that some of the biggest brain growth happens between ages 3–5? These preschool years are filled with rapid learning, emotional growth, language development, curiosity, and creativity. While it may sometimes look like endless questions, big emotions, constant movement, and messy play, children are actually building critical skills through everyday experiences. The simple moments - talking, reading, playing, singing, exploring, and connecting - all help shape how children learn and grow. Preschoolers do not need perfection; they need patience, support, encouragement, and opportunities to explore the world around them. Every conversation, cuddle, game, and moment of connection matters more than we often realize. Childhood development doesn’t happen all at once - it grows little by little through loving relationships and playful learning every single day. 💛

🌱💛 Our Little Gems Are Blooming in the Garden! 💛🌱

There is nothing more beautiful than watching our Little Gems learn, explore, and grow together in the garden. This summer, they’ve been getting their hands in the soil, tasting fresh fruits and vegetables, and discovering exactly where their food comes from.

From watering plants to spotting butterflies and cheering on the bees, our kiddos are learning how important it is to care for nature — and how nature cares for us right back. Their curiosity, joy, and kindness shine through every moment.

At Gems of Jackson, we believe in raising children who love their community, love the earth, and love learning. And this garden is helping them do just that. 🌻🐝🦋

Growing food, growing knowledge, growing hearts — that’s what our Little Gems do best.

🌟✨ Preschool Prom 2026 was PURE MAGIC! ✨🌟

Our little Gems lit up the room today with their smiles, dance moves, and sparkling personalities — and we couldn’t be more proud of each and every one of them. Preschool Prom is one of our Newly created events because it celebrates joy, confidence, friendship, and the beauty of early childhood.

A HUGE thank‑you goes out to our incredible Gems of Jackson Teachers, who planned, decorated, danced, and made this event unforgettable. Their dedication to creating meaningful, memory‑filled experiences for our kiddos is unmatched.

💛 Our teachers are the heart of Gems — the ones who make moments like this possible.
💛 Our families bring the love and support that make our community shine.
💛 And our preschoolers… well, they stole the show!
