πBridging Toward New Adventures! π
Today, we celebrated a special milestone at John R. Lewis Elementary as our 5th Grade students participated in a Bridging Ceremony!
This meaningful tradition symbolizes their journey, growth, and readiness to take the next step in their educational adventure, middle school.
We are incredibly proud of all they have accomplished this yearβacademically, socially, and personally.
A huge thank you to our teachers, staff, families, and supporters who helped guide and encourage our students every step of the way.
Congratulations, Vikings! Your future is bright, and we canβt wait to see all that you will achieve.

We are forming a Centennial Committee and would love for community members to join us. There will be opportunities to serve on or chair subcommittees based on your interests, including athletics, arts, alumni engagement, academics, media, history, scholarships, and more.

We have an exciting year planned, including monthly celebrations featuring each decade, alumni events, music and arts showcases, athletics recognition, and a community-wide rededication. A few special events will even take place before 2027 begins.
