Washington, D.C. was truly a trip to remember! 🇺🇸
From visiting the iconic monuments and exploring several museums to touring the U.S. Capitol and paying our respects at Arlington National Cemetery, Jacksboro FCCLA had an unforgettable experience.
But the reason we were there made the trip even more special.
Noah presented an outstanding workshop on Service & Leadership for FCCLA members, teachers, and advisors from across the nation. He represented Jacksboro FCCLA, Region II FCCLA, and Texas FCCLA with professionalism and excellence. We couldn’t be more proud!
Aaron, Alex, and Glyndon competed in Nutrition & Wellness Level 3 against more than 80 teams from across the United States. They advanced to the Top 10 and finished 5th in the nation—an incredible accomplishment! These boys also received a gold medal from Texas FCCLA for scoring higher than a 90 for their event!
We are so proud of each of these students for representing our chapter, school, community, and state so well. So thankful Aranza got to participate and support everyone as a Region II officers as well.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported, encouraged, and helped make this trip and competition possible. Your generosity and support gave these students memories and opportunities they will never forget. 💜 We will miss these 5 students and wish them well in their future endeavors, as we know they will accomplish whatever they desire!
