Music Together of Ithaca

Music Together of Ithaca Music Together® is a music and movement for babies through preschoolers, fun for the whole family. Then visit our class schedule page or contact us!

As a family in one of our Music Together® classes, you and your child will have the opportunity to play musically each week under the guidance of one of our early childhood music specialists. During class, you will sing and move to songs and rhythmic rhymes in a variety of meters and tonalities by participating in activities that include small and large movement, instrument play-alongs and community singing. These fun activities are presented as informal, non-performance-oriented musical experiences that are developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents and caregivers to participate in regardless of their own musical ability! In addition to the fun you will have in class, you will receive two professionally recorded CDs and a beautifully-illustrated songbook so you can continue the music-making fun at home. New families will also receive our “Music Together at Home: Helping Your Child Grow Musically” parent DVD. It's not too late to register for spring classes before the semester starts this Saturday, 4/18! This semester, families in Music Together® classes around the world will be singing and jamming along to the Maracas Song Collection. In addition to your weekly classes, your tuition includes an illustrated songbook and access to the songs through the Music Together® app. We hope to see you there!
