The Golden Hour Gala will take place on April 30th from 8:00–11:00 PM at Argos Warehouse, bringing together students, friends, and the Brooks community for a night of celebration, connection, and fun. Expect a warm golden-hour atmosphere, great music, good company, and a chance to reflect on the year we have shared together. Our Friendsgiving was everything we hoped for 🧡🍂

We had an incredible session with Nan Rohrer, whose work in Baltimore and Ithaca offered a grounded, thoughtful look at what it takes to build vibrant downtowns and support small businesses.

Students walked away with practical insights on community partnerships, collaborative leadership, and the day-to-day work behind revitalizing local economies. Her openness and real-world examples made the conversation especially helpful for those exploring internships or careers in economic development and urban policy.
