The Roper Center for Public Opinion Research is a tax-exempt, 501c3 non-profit organization registered by the United States Internal Revenue Service.

Since 1947, our mission has been to collect, preserve, and disseminate public opinion data; to serve as a resource to help improve the practice of survey research; and to broaden the understanding of public opinion.
