Getting Cornellians outside since 1972. While COE serves a variety of populations, its central mission is to serve Cornell students.
Cornell Outdoor Education (COE) is the largest and most comprehensive collegiate outdoor education program in the country. COE uses challenge, adventure, and outdoor experiences, with reflection and analysis, to help individuals and teams learn and grow. COE classes and programs, by complementing academic and classroom offerings, provide students with real world leadership and team opportunities.

Huge thanks to everyone who came out for the Cascadilla gorge clean up today. You all carried on a tradition that is decades old, going all the way back to the founders of COE's Gorgeous Gorge Gorillas. As always, prize to the weirdest thing that came back over the fence. This year we have a tie between Andrew's absolutely new, still in the package, copy of 107 Days by Kamala Harris and Jerry's No Parking sign, complete with post.
Space…The Final Frontier…at least it is for COE! Every weekend in April we have drying gear piled to the ceiling.
