Global Roots Play School

en can feel safe and nurtured while enjoying the socialization of group care. Our focus is on helping children learn through play and respectful caregiving. Children truly take the lead in our classroom, and we interfere with their play as little as possible. We help them to develop the tools they need to successfully navigate peer relationships and emotions. They are given the room to think both independently and as a group--and to problem solve, to fail, and to feel pride in their own successes. Our teachers cultivate play experiences for the children that will lead to their natural growth and learning. We tailor our support to the needs of each individual child and the group dynamics supporting each child’s whole self. We are happy for parents to stay as little or as much as they’d like.

- We accept children ages 18 months to 5 years
- We are open Monday-Friday mornings from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m (noon) each day
