Take part in ASHI All Ages CPR/AED Training at Finger Lakes Fitness Center and gain instruction covering CPR and choking response for adults, children, and infants, along with Narcan administration.

The four-hour session takes place on Saturday, November 21, 2026, from 9 AM to 1 PM EST at Finger Lakes Fitness Center.

Training covers:
- Adult, child, and infant CPR
- Adult, child, and infant choking response
- Narcan administration

Complete the class and receive a two-year certification card.
