South Hill Elementary

It is time for our annual Gimme! Coffee fundraiser! The money raised will support our teacher wish lists, grade level funds, student enrichment, and snack support for families. The more we sell, the more we can provide for our whole school community!

Here is how you can help!

1. Tell your co-workers, friends and family about our fundraiser! You can collect and submit their orders yourself or direct them to order on our online order form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfFB4l8wVaIeJvvKa90pgS8XoZ1CWMb-upHdafxjjPQQf7nsg/viewform

2. The same order form can be used to purchase coffee for yourself!

Coffee orders can be picked up at our pick-up location (conveniently located across from South Hill Elementary) or sent home with your child.

Our selling window will close on November 6th. Orders will be ready 1-2 weeks following that. We will receive almost 50% of all sales!

Attention, families! If you are able to bring a contribution to our snack bank to playground night this week (Wednesday and Thursday), that will our teachers get ready for next week!

No worries at all if you aren’t able to this time or later on in the year! Our goal is to make snack zero stress for teachers and families!

whole grain crackers
rice cakes
*Gluten free is always preferred when possible

Please no veggies or quickly perishable fruit like berries and bananas.

I will be at the school on Sunday 7/18 from 1-3 with them. Stop on by.

If your student was a 5th grader this year, I have a yearbook for you!

If you can’t make it on Sunday, Sheri will be doing a shift on MONDAY from 12-3 at the school.
