Our Cultural and Linguistic Diversity in K–12 Schools class had the pleasure of hosting Ms. Marie DeBolt, who led an immersive French lesson and shared valuable insights on supporting multilingual learners. From building strong family relationships to creating welcoming classroom environments, this experience highlighted meaningful strategies that extend beyond the classroom. A special full-circle moment made it even more impactful 🤍

This ongoing project shares insights from P–12 teachers across grades, subjects, school systems, and countries—educators who consider themselves happy in their profession. These reflections come from real interviews (with pseudonyms used throughout), offering a look into what keeps these teachers inspired and thriving.
