Follower farm update: Shoving Leopard Farm shared their love of cover crop seed! This year's mix includes sunnies, rapeseed, flax, red mustard, buckwheat, millet, sorghum, cow peas, sunn h**p oats and soybeans.
They are putting this down on the beds that they harvested early spring annuals from, which they have cleaned up (plants cut out and spot weeded), and given a thin layer of finished compost mixed with fertilizer to better hold the cover crop seed.
