A mission moment to end the week. 💙
As part of Riverside Insights Company-Wide Community Day, Katie, Caroline, Scott and Denese chose to spend the morning supporting Classroom Central.
For three members of the team, the connection was especially personal:

From the moment they reached out, this team was willing to do anything that would support the mission. They arrived, unboxed our power-washing equipment, and brought the energy and a determination to stay until the job was done.

Riverside Community Day was a massive success! 🌟

This week, we encouraged our entire team to step away from their day-to-day work and step into their local communities to share their time and talents with causes that matter to them. 🤍

As a team passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of educators, students, and families, it was incredible to see that mission extend far beyond our everyday work in EdTech.

Our Riversiders gave back in so many beautiful ways, here is a glimpse at how Riversiders gave back to their local communities across the US:

📚 Supporting youth & education: Organizing free supplies for teachers in high-need schools, packing back-to-school toolkits, advocating for foster youth, mentoring law students, assisting at summer schools, and laying the groundwork for a new school designed for autistic twice-exceptional learners.

🥫 Fighting food insecurity: Packing meals for children globally and sorting fresh produce and donations at local food banks.

💛 Spreading joy & care: Crafting birthday cards for individuals with disabilities, crocheting NICU baby blankets, aiding free legal clinics, and riding alongside challenged athletes and spending time volunteering and helping care for animals at a local animal sanctuary.

🌎 Protecting our environment: Cleaning up neighborhood parks, reconditioning tech for a land trust, maintaining community gardens, and conserving native seeds and Monarch butterflies.

Thank you to every Riversider who rolled up their sleeves to carry kindness forward. We are so proud of the impact this team continues to make! 💙
