Calling all 6th & 7th Grade Families!
Every year the 6th and 7th grade families "pay it forward" by supplying cookies for the 8th Grade Promotion Reception. This is as simple as purchasing cookies, making cookies, or volunteering your time to help set up or clean up the reception following Promotion. This allows 8th grade families to enjoy time with their student, family and friends. The best part is someone will volunteer to make Promotion a special time for you and your student in a year or two! If you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected].

Important dates for 8th graders:
June/July: Register for summer sports at IHS on Final Forms.
June 8th: UW Field Trip
June 8th: All PCMS library books and textbooks are due.
June 9th: Technology and textbook return. Promotion rehearsal.
June 10th: Promotion ceremony
June 16th: Social and last day of school!

PCMS staff is need of help with laptop returns on June 9.

Summer Lunch our annual program to help fill the gap when kids aren't receiving lunch at school. Families receive a variety of breakfast, lunch, and snack items, as well as a variety of produce and deli options, every other week.

Open to all families with children attending school in the Issaquah School District or those who live in ZIP codes 98027, 98029, 98059, 98074, and 98075. Registration is strongly encouraged, so we know how many families to expect, but not required.

8th Grade Grad Signs will be distributed this week:
Wed, May 20: 10-10:30am at the end of the drop-off lane
Thursday, May 21: 3-3:30pm at entrance to track field
Friday, May 22: 2:30-2:45pm at pick-up lane

Note: Signs must be picked up in person. They cannot be transported home by students on buses.

To show our appreciation this week, our PTSA put together an Italian soda bar, a yummy snack bar, coffee & pastries, and flowers & seed packets. We end the week with a delicious lunch!
