I was in a session with my client Rob today, and I had to share this.
Rob is 64 and came to me in December, with one goal: get stronger and improve his posture so he could keep doing what he loves, competitive ballroom dancing. After 3 years and over 1,000 dances, he was still hearing the same critique from instructors… his posture.
Today? They told him it was PERFECT. 🕺
