I would like to announce a new group RESTOREinfitness I have created here on Facebook that is geared specifically for women who are in their 40's and 50's, who want to live a vibrant life and regain any energy they may have lost.
Some may deal with joint pain, brain fog, hormonal imbalances, low energy and fatigue.
This group will be a supportive community to learn ways to heal the body, restore health and fitness and be the vibrant women we desire to be.

...and sometimes the hard work may mean making hard choices and getting through the difficult. Having great strategies and systems in place ahead of time may help you to get through all that seems hard.
On the relationship between hard work and strategy:
Without HARD WORK, a great strategy remains a dream.
Without a GREAT STRATEGY, hard work becomes a nightmare.
Pray for a little luck too:
Because even when hard work and great strategy come together, stuff like COVID-19 can happen. Which may force you to start all over again.

How do you find your own way(s) to stay connected during this new time?

Quietness is laziness. Often times, people avoid dealing with life’s deeper issues by packing their schedule tight. Someone who is discontent with their life’s choices can escape the difficult work of addressing them by masking them with busyness. Quietness is not laziness. Quietness is hard, but always worth the effort.
Many of the lies we have been told since birth crowd out the things in life that matter most. Instead of enjoying the benefit of calm, intentional living, we hurry from one needless triviality to another.
Don’t ever get so busy chasing the wrong things that you miss enjoying the right things.

What ONE small step will you take TODAY to create a healthier version of YOU? - meditate, go for a walk, add a piece of fruit to a meal, take a few minutes to journal, include a vegetable in a meal, drink a little extra water, laugh, reach out to a friend to connect at the heart, eat lean protein in each meal, slowdown and enjoy the flavor of your food. Choose ONE THING and START there.
