Why is SJS the Best in the PNW? 🦅

Because our students are challenged academically, supported in faith, encouraged to serve others, and inspired to become tomorrow’s leaders.

From preschool through 8th grade, SJS offers a strong Catholic education, dedicated teachers, a close-knit community, and opportunities for every student to grow in mind, body, and spirit.

If you believe in the difference SJS makes, we’d be honored to have your vote! 🗳️

Voting is open through June 26 on the link in our bio, and you can vote once each day. Thank you for helping us showcase the incredible students, families, teachers, and community that make SJS so special.

🍋☀️ We hope you found some lemonade to cool off today like our 3rd graders did on Wednesday!

Our 3rd grade students celebrated the end of an amazing school year with a lemonade stand-themed party complete with refreshing treats, outdoor yard games, and lots of laughter. It was the perfect way to wrap up a year filled with learning, friendship, and fun!

Wishing all of our students a sweet and relaxing summer break! 💛🍋

Congratulations to these students that received the Eagle of the Year award for their grade at yesterday’s End of the Year Mass!

The Eagle of the Year Award is presented to a student who had previously earned the Eagle of the Month title and continues to consistently exemplify what it means to SOAR. These students demonstrate safety, optimism, acceptance, and responsibility in all settings — within the classroom, during specialist classes, and throughout the broader school community.

Way to go, Eagles! Have a great summer!

🌎🎶 “What a Wonderful World” 🎶🌎

Our Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade students filled the church with joy as they performed What a Wonderful World through song and sign language under the direction of Mrs. Ostrander.

Through their voices and hands, our students shared a beautiful reminder to see God’s goodness in the world around us! Thank you, Mrs. Ostrander, for helping our students use their gifts to inspire others.

🎓✨ Congratulations, Class of 2026! ✨🎓

Today we celebrated our 8th grade graduates as they marked this special milestone surrounded by their families, teachers, and the entire SJS community.

The day began with an All-School Baccalaureate Mass, followed by a wonderful brunch honoring the graduates and their accomplishments. This evening, students received their diplomas during our Graduation and Awards Ceremony, where we also recognized several outstanding award winners.

We are incredibly proud of each graduate and all they have achieved during their time at SJS. Thank you to the many volunteers who helped make today so memorable.

Congratulations, Class of 2026! We can’t wait to see all that God has in store for you as you begin your next chapter. 🦅

Our school comunity celebrated an early May Crowning on Wednesday during an all-school Mass to honor Mary, the mother of Jesus.

Our cantor was the middle school choir, which was accompanied by 3rd grade on their recorders.

Each student brought a flower for Mary which were placed around her by delegates from every grade.
