Adding “bad” condiments or sauces to your meals to make them taste better maybe isn’t that bad after all. In this instance, my brown sugar oatmeal literally had ZERO brown sugar, so I had to improvise.

So many food items we enjoyed as kids get bad wraps now because of their sugar or sodium content. 🙄🤛🏼 ?

Get real, and start acknowledging that you enjoy eating stuff that’s sweet and salty! Then learn how to start incorporating those foods into your diet so that you can finally achieve the body you want without tons of restriction and meal prep.

It’s always interesting to me how some food items deemed “clean” or “whole” can actually have a worse macronutrient breakdown than some of their “unhealthy” counterparts.

Do some research and be in the know. A huge part of nutrition success is playing the numbers game. Figuring out what foods can help you reach your goals doesn’t always line up with what’s preached in a documentary or magazine.
