MENTAL TOUGHNESS.
PACING. AND BURPEES.
This month is all about mental toughness, pacing, and arguably CrossFit's most iconic movement — the burpee. And yes, there will be a lot of them. The goal of this challenge is to teach athletes how to stay calm and consistent under fatigue:
understanding pacing, and the grit to keep moving when things get uncomfortable.
This isn't about sprinting and surviving — it's about finding the highest sustainable pace and holding it for all 12 minutes.
Athletes will complete the challenge twice:
Baseline Test on June 3, Final Test the week of June 22.
