The Islip Fire Department is excited to announce our upcoming Annual Turkey Trot 5K Fundraiser, and we are reaching out to ask for your support through a tax-deductible donation or sponsorship.

Over the years, the Turkey Trot has grown into one of the premier Thanksgiving Day running events on Long Island. We proudly welcome approximately 1,500 participants each year, including runners, walkers, families, and supporters from throughout the Town of Islip and all across Long Island. In addition, our event has attracted participants from around the country,
and we have even welcomed runners from as far away as Ireland!

This tremendous turnout provides a unique opportunity for businesses and organizations to gain
valuable community exposure while supporting a meaningful local cause. Your donation helps
offset event expenses and allows the Islip Fire Department to continue hosting this successful
community tradition year after year.

By becoming a donor or sponsor, your business will be associated with a highly visible event that reaches a diverse audience of participants and spectators. Most importantly, all donations are tax deductible!

We would be grateful for any contribution you are able to provide. No donation is too small, and every dollar directly supports the continued success of this fundraiser and the community programs it benefits.

If you have any questions or would like additional information regarding sponsorship opportunities, please feel free to contact:

Michael Moccaldi
Phone: 631-767-2537

On behalf of the members of the Islip Fire Department, thank you for considering our request and for your continued support of our community. We look forward to partnering with you to make this year's Turkey Trot another tremendous success!

Sincerely,
The Members of the Islip Fire Department
